7. Delivery & Logistics
   UTG offers delivery services within the UAE and selected GCC countries. Delivery times may vary depending on item availability, order volume, and destination.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

Shipping risk passes to the customer once goods leave our facility unless otherwise agreed.

8. Returns & Refunds
